This site is a portfolio and a contact form. It does not sell data, run ad trackers, or build a profile on you.
Who this is
createdbykujo.dev is operated by Kyle Sierota, doing business as Created by Kujo, in Michigan, United States.

What gets collected
When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is required.
When you load a page: the hosting provider and the form provider automatically record standard technical information — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is ordinary server logging and happens on essentially every website.
No account is created. No payment information is collected on this site.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookies, no marketing pixels, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
Security cookies. This site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a short-lived cookie (__cf_bm, and cf_clearance if you're shown a security check) to tell real visitors apart from bots. These are strictly functional, expire quickly, and are not used to profile you.
Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and general country-level location. It sets no cookies and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites.
Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Why it's collected
Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. If you become a client, that correspondence becomes part of the project record.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not used to send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who else touches it
A small number of service providers process data on the way to the inbox:
- GitHub Pages — stores and serves the site files.
- Cloudflare — delivers the site, filters malicious traffic, and provides the analytics described above. Keeps request logs including IP addresses.
- Web3Forms — receives your contact form submission and forwards it by email. Submissions are held on their infrastructure for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Web3Forms may pass a submitter's IP address and email address to spam-filtering services to block abuse.
- Google Workspace — hosts the inbox that receives and stores the message.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it handles. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long it's kept
Inquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within roughly twelve months.
Client correspondence and project records are kept for up to seven years after the project ends, because they may be needed for tax, accounting, or contractual reasons.
What you can ask for
Email [email protected] and you can ask to:
- see what information is held about you,
- have it corrected,
- have it deleted.
Requests are honored within 30 days, except where a record has to be retained for a legal or tax reason. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law; those are honored where they apply.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the email account uses two-factor authentication. Reasonable measures are taken to protect information in transit and at rest.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the contact form.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Information is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email the address above and it will be deleted.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The effective date at the top will change when it does. Material changes will be noted on this page.
