createdbykujo.dev is operated by Kyle Sierota, doing business as Created by Kujo, in Michigan, United States. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Pricing shown here isn't a quote

The prices listed on this site are starting points, published so you have a sense of range before reaching out. They are not offers, and they don't create a binding price.

Actual cost depends on page count, functionality, content readiness, and timeline. A firm price is given in a written proposal after we've talked about your project, and it is only binding once it appears in a signed agreement.

Published prices may change at any time. A change never affects a project already under signed agreement.

Demos and templates

The sample designs and business templates shown here exist to demonstrate style and capability. They are illustrations, not inventory.

Any business names, logos, photographs, addresses, or copy appearing in a demo are placeholders used for presentation. Unless a piece is explicitly labeled as client work, it does not represent a real customer or a real engagement.

Some demos may include third-party stock imagery licensed for display on this site only. That imagery is not transferred with any project.

What's mine

The design, layout, code, text, graphics, and logo of this site are owned by Created by Kujo and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, resell, or build a derivative site from its design or code without written permission.

Ownership of work produced for a client is handled entirely in the signed client agreement — typically transferring on final payment — and is not governed by this page.

Using the site properly

Don't use this site to break the law, to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages through the contact form, to attempt unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, to scrape it by automated means, or to interfere with its normal operation.

Access may be blocked for any of the above.

The contact form

Sending an inquiry doesn't create a client relationship, and doesn't obligate either of us to anything. Work begins only under a signed agreement.

Please don't send confidential information through the form. Anything you do send is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you send an unsolicited idea or suggestion, it may be used without compensation or credit. Don't send anything you consider proprietary.

Availability

This site is provided as-is. No guarantee is made that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and it may be changed or taken offline at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Created by Kujo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data.

This section limits liability for the website only. Liability relating to client work is addressed in the signed client agreement.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The effective date at the top will change when they are. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
